La Vista Police Department needed an effective solution to safely store sensitive equipment – maximizing storage space, while still providing organization, concealment and safety.
Based on these goals, it was clear TruckVault Cabinets with Magpul DAKA Universal Grid Organizers would provide a great solution for storing this sensitive equipment and offering better organization and safety.
TruckVault cabinets are custom-built to fit a variety of needs. With options for Vans, Trucks, SUVs, and Sedans – there is a fit for everyone to maximize their space.
These cabinets are installed in the trunk and provide a high-security option for hidden storage. With both a strike plate and a backer plate, it's made to prevent bolt-tampering. There are several lock options to choose from, and the cabinets are made with MDO that is durable, and heat-resistant.
The cabinets come with a variety of different options for lock types, dividers, and drawer faces. You can even customize the carpet option inside the cabinet.

While the TruckVault Cabinets provided a great solution for La Vista Police Department's problems, we wanted to take it one step further.
The Grid panels and blocks in the Magpul DAKA GRID Organizer take the organization and equipment stability of the TruckVault cabinet to the next level, allowing you to change the layout as needed. Unlike traditional foam inserts, there is no cutting required, allowing you to make changes to the layout in minutes.
With the open cell design, it better absorbs dirt, chemicals, and other substances rather than bleeding them back onto your equipment like standard foam organizers.
