Specialized Printing & Cutting Process
The secret to Revolution Wraps’ ability to offer 3D wall graphics lies in our HP FB500 flatbed printer and Esko Kongsberg C Cutting Table. The FB500 can print on a wide range of materials, including acrylic, PVC, aluminum, foamcore, gatorboard, max metal, and others. This unit itself prints up to 400 square feet per hour and can handle pieces up to 2.5 inches thick and 64 inches wide, as well as uses white ink. This means that if you want to lay down a background coat of white ink on top of metal or another non-white material, it will help the graphics on top of it stand out that much more. The ability to use white ink helps make our 3D wall signage dynamic and gives customers and our graphics experts more to work with when designing eye-catching displays. The Esko exceeds the standard in precision and productivity, cutting/routing substrates with speed and accuracy, creating a smooth finish. The Esko can cut/route material up to 2” thick, making your signage really pop off the wall.
