What's Covered
Product Warranty: We provide the same warranty coverage offered by the original manufacturer of the product you purchased. Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation for specific details regarding their warranty terms.
Installation Warranty: Revolution Wraps warrants that all installations are free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle or equipment as originally installed.
General Conditions
- Coverage is valid only for the original owner and is not transferable to any subsequent owner or vehicle.
- This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification.
- The warranty applies only where products have not been altered or modified from their original installed configuration.
- All warranty repairs must be performed at an Revolution Wraps facility, or at another location at Revolution Wraps' sole discretion.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Gather Information: Have your original invoice and any relevant product information (model number, serial number) readily available.
- Contact Revolution Wraps: Have your invoice # ready and give us a call at 866-505-5516 or include it in your email to info@revolutionwraps.com.
- Diagnostics: Our representative will contact you to diagnose the problem and determine if it falls under the warranty coverage.
- Claim Evaluation: Once the issue has been diagnosed, Revolution Wraps will evaluate your claim based on our warranty policy.
- Service or Replacement: If your claim is approved, Revolution Wraps will arrange for the repair or replacement of the product or component at our discretion.
